1Find a doorframe, and put your heel at the base. Slide your leg up so that it is resting on the doorframe. Use your arms to brace yourself during this.2Using your arms, push your body to the frame until you& 39;re in the splits. Coconut butter is coconut oil AND coconut meat blended together. Sweet!3The melted coconut butter looks like this. You can make your own coconut butter - take dried coconut and purée it until it& 39;s smooth.
1Gather your Ingredients: Olive Oil, a skillet, mushrooms, and salt (optional)2Set pan on medium heat and pour in a few teaspoons of olive oil.3How to tell when oil is hot: Place a very small piece of mushroom in the pan. If it sizzles immediately, the oil is hot.4When oil is hot, add the mushrooms and stir so they are evenly covered with oil.

While the pan is heating up add the batter to the bottle.3Make sure the batter is very smooth or it will block up the tip.4Just do the outline of your shape. This will cook the longest and be the darkest.5Fill on the shape. Once you see bubbles get ready to flip it.
